Three straps go around the shaft, one around the base and two up and through the balls, separating them. Fairly restraining, the ball separation makes them very vulnerable. Leash loop at the end for leading around. Cinched down really tight it can really make them suffer and the two ball straps offer the amazing ball separation and definition so they are truly exposed.
