Collins Speculum

This speculum is of solid forged (not stamped )construction . The heavy construction gives much smoother edges than is the case with stamped steel speculums. Often people find this makes insertion of the speculum more comfortable. Likewise some find having their hole held open for long periods is easier with this speculum. The hinging action allows for deeper viewing without a lot of discomfort. The wide internal spread of the bills allows the speculum to be left in the hole without fear of the speculum slipping out.
