Note:

Due to customer comments we have redesigned the largest dilator in the set as of March 2026. 

The enlarged head at the end of the dilators was designed for both retention, and to be prepare for moving up to the next size anal dilator. With the largest dilator in the set, this resulted in a diameter that was fine for some, too large for others. 

We wanted to make this dilator work for more people but wanted to retain the overall anal dilation achievable with it. Thus, we made it more straight walled without the enlarged head of the first two anal dilators. This keeps the exact same level of anal dilation as before, while allowing for easier insertion. 

These dilators work with our dilator harness. Since these are very large, we recommend the harness only for walking around with this set. If you sit with the harness on, do so very carefully as you are putting a lot of stress on the harness, the dilator, as well as the asshole.

All dilators are open at the base and have a small quarter inch hole at the end to allow pressure equalization and gas to escape.
