This is a very high quality three jaw vaginal speculum.
High polished stainless steel throughout. Moving the center lever
simultaneously moves the two outer prongs, tightening down the
knob keeps them fixed at whatever position is set. The two prongs pivot as
the lever slides so that opening is largely in a lateral direction.
This is the perfect action to really open up a hole. Absolutely an
amazing speculum.
