Developing our Graduated Anal Dilator Butt Plug Line

The idea of a butt plug line that moved up in size gradually, enabling one to really open a hole over time really appealed to us.

The major challenge here was the number of models and molds that would be required if we wanted to make each step gradual and comfortable. One eighth inch steps in diameter seemed about right to make each step up much less of a strain on the hole. Yet this then means for each inch of diameter we would have eight molds. That adds up to quite a lot if we are trying for true anal dilation up to large sizes.

We knew a lot of our customers liked either moving up to much larger butt plugs, or wanted a super comfortable way to dilate and make anal sex much easier. 

Thus we decided on platinum cure silicone as the material, and sizing every eighth of an inch in diameter so that every possible amount of anal dilation was covered.

We also wanted these to work with a harness, allowing someone to sleep easily while wearing the dilator. Thus we make them with a slotted base to work with our butt plug harness.

Initial production time was pretty long due to the numerous molds required as well as designing a harness to work with them. That said, we are really happy with the result and so far people love them if sales are any indication.
