This collar is similar to a posture collar. It does not tilt the head back but does provide quite a bit of restriction. A full three inches wide with a chin cutout that tapers down to two inches wide. Locking hasp (lock not included). Tie ring in front. Unlined. Two sizes s/m (14.5-17.5 inches), m/l (18-21 inches).
