Miller Parallel Acting Speculum

This speculum is a great design. Heavy cast construction (not stamped sheet metal). One screw adjusts the spread of the bills, the other moves them apart in a parallel fashion. The bills can be spread wide internally which allows speculum to be left in the hole without fear of the speculum slipping out. The slot on one of the bills is to allow catheter insertion.
