Because of the nature of our products we must limit returns. 

Insertable products such as, but not limited to, butt plugs and dildos are generally not returnable. 

Items are generally packaged in sealed plastic. Opened items are not returnable. 

Returns must be made within one week of receipt. Please contact us regarding any returns or exchanges before returning. We will try to work with you to resolve the situation.
