We have permanently mounted a dental gag to one of our sturdy fully adjustable head harness. The psychological sensation of wearing this is very intense. The mouth is wrenched open and the wearer has absolutely no choice as to how that particular hole is then used. Great for those being trained to accept a face fuck.
