This is a really nicely made head harness. Leather straps surround the face. Straps are leather lined so it really has that high quality feel. The snap on leather mouth gag ( the insert is the same as on our leather mouth gag ) really makes it versatile. The D ring anchor point at the top makes it especially nice to immobilize head prior to heavy use. This head harness is a full on professional grade harness, the quality is just incredible.
