These collars are very flexible and nice to wear. The matching restraints give a somewhat stricter feel since they can be tightened more than our fleece cuffs and collars due to the suppleness of the leather. Hardware consists of a single D ring tie off and a heavy duty locking roller buckle, all nickel plated. Approximately 2 inches wide.
