Thank you for visiting our gallery page. If you would like to buy a print of any of the pictures you see here they are available. All prints are done on Hahnemuhle William Turner paper. This is an archival grade, medium weight ( 190/m2 ), mould made paper with a very slight texture. The prints are done using an Epson 1280 printer using Jon Cone's Piezography™BW software and ink system. Briefly, the printers ink cartridge system is replaced with a continuous flow system that uses 6 tones of carbon black ink rather than the six colors before the modification.. The Epson driver software is replaced with the proprietary Piezography™ software and adjusts the dithering and ink saturation for each ink and paper combination. The prints produced have a black that is a true photographic quality "black". Each 11 x 14 print takes about an hour to fully print out ( this same printer, when printing color will put out a print of this size in about four minutes ). The quality is very much like a platinum print, but with greater permanence. The platinum print quality adds to the dark gothic feel of the prints in a way I find very pleasing.
